TEFL certification classes in Asia are offered in Vietnam (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh), Cambodia (Phnom Penh) and Thailand (Chiang Mai). The classes are 4 weeks, full time, Monday - Friday. Students should expect a professional-level TEFL certification class to run daily (5 days a week) with 15 to 20 students maximum per class. Student teaching (practicum) is often completed in the evening or some weekend hours with local ESL students.
