You will have to deal with its demands on your time and energy. Furthermore, you will have to cope with the stress of living and working in a new country and environment, which is likely to be very different from that which you are accustomed to. This is both a blessing and a curse for new arrivals and course initiates, in that it stimulates your ability to learn but also increases stress and anxiety. | |

Teaching Practice A large part of the course consists of teaching foreigners in lesson demonstration classes. These lessons are designed primarily to help the learner communicate more effectively in English. During the course, you will be required to demonstrate that you have the ability to teach speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills, and you will also be required to give at least one lesson on grammatical and lexical components of English.
Planning for and reflecting on your own and others' lessons are crucial components of teaching practice. You will have the opportunity to observe experienced teachers deliver lessons to the same students you will be teaching, and you will have the opportunity to learn from your own and your peers' teaching practice. When FinishedWhen you are finished with the course, you will receive a certificate from The TEFL Academy, which demonstrates to potential employers that you have the confidence and the skills to teach English. This certificate makes you eligible for private language school work as well as university-level teaching work all around the globe. Our job placement service is available to all graduates throughout their TEFL career. All you need to do is choose a destination, and we will put you in touch with the schools there.
